Admittedly most of the trails are quite easy for the skilled hiker but you will surely appreciate the beautiful surroundings especially the foliage and the view of the distant mountains. You can also go up Mt. Ampacao, which is really an easy climb to do and have a great view of the rest of the area.

Want to go caving? Then there is the Lumiang and the Sumaguing caves. The latter is the more popular of the two although both are interconnected. It is common practice to start with the Lumiang cave and then emerge from the Sumaguing cave. With the help of a guide it can take you at least 2 hours to finish that adventure.

A Sagada trip is never complete without trying the local food fare. There are many restaurants there, some owned and managed by foreigners who have called Sagada their home. Aside from the local cuisine, you can also get American, British, and French cuisine from some of the restaurants.
